Dear Clients,

Normally, your parcel will be shipped out within 24 hours after the receipt of your money. In case of holiday, the shipping may be postponed to the first following workday, while MedLightCome will ship your parcel out before the holiday as possible as we can. 

The parcel will be shipped out via international couriers like DHL and ePacket (China EMS). DHL will take 5-7 days to deliver your parcel door to door, and ePacket will take 7-10 days. We
will track your parcel closely until you receive it, and you just need to wait at home. The tracking number will be offered to you and then you can track the parcel on the courier's official website.

Due to the restriction of our website system, we can't show you the shipping costs via all couriers, so only the DHL shipping cost is shown for your reference. We are sorry for this. If you don't accept DHL, please firstly submit your order to us before making payment and chat with us online. We will recommend another suitable courier to you, and then modify the shipping cost according to this courier's price system. At last, you can make payment for the order.
