After-sale Services

Dear Clients,

MedLightCome will do our best to offer you the most intimate after-sales services including but not limited to
quality warranty. 

All products must be inspected again and packaged carefully before being transferred to couriers. Please try to operate the products referring to user manuals after receipt. If any product is not working, please feel free to contact us ASAP. For some products, more usage instructions will be emailed to you within one week after purchase.

MedLightCome provides one-year warranty for all products since from purchase date.
In most cases, quality problems are caused by accessories but not the host machine, so usually only the broken accessory needs to be sent back to us. Please contact us for return address before you decide to return anything back. 

During the warranty period, the products will be repaired or exchanged free of charge in case of quality problems under normal usage. Except the shipping cost for returning the broken product back to us, no any other charges for you. MedLightCome will afford the shipping cost for returning the repaired or new product back to you.

Over the warranty period, you needs to afford all the shipping costs back and forth, and MedLightCome will
repair for you freely without any labour or material costs.
